Band Biography:

Dacey Spinuzzi(DRUMMER)was born and raised in Pueblo Colorado.She is only Seventeen years old but music is her life!! She began playing at 9 years old taking lessons from her brother in-law Mark Gallegos.She has taken lessons from Danny(Dano)Weston and some other drummers in town.Currently she studies under a Berklee College of Music prepatory teacher, Henrique De Almeida. He is the drummer for the United States Air Force Academy Band. He also was a professor at Berklee for 4 years. Dacey plans on attending Berklee when she finishes High school.  And now Jammin' withSixteen61   

Richard Nance(Bass Guitar) was born in Pueblo Colorado. He began playing at 14 years old and in clubs around town at the age of 16.He has played the Bass guitar, Lead guitar, Saxaphone and Piano throughout his life. He has played throughout Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming and Arizona touring with his band. He has mentored many musicians over the Last 25 years. He Has been involved in the Pueblo music scene, not only as a musician, but as a club owner and promoter and now he is concentrating on the music of Sixteen61.

Aaron Daniel (Lead Guitar and Vocals) has had a passion for the guitar from an early age. Originally self taught, he began playing at age 13. After taking lessons from Bobby Montoya he studied  music and theory in college. He began playing in working bands at age 17 working as a stage hand he has done sound and backline for artists such as sting, deep purple, the Eagles and many others. He toured for 5 years with the Road Crew band which took him across the United States and over seas. Having played nearly 100 shows at the bike run in Sturgis, South Dakota, he made a living playing the national bike circuit opening for bands such as BTO, MollyHatchet, JimmyVan Zandt, and Joe Santana. He also worked for the USO playing 106 shows in Japan and South Korea for the department of defense.  Now he is doin what he does best with Sixteen61.

Danny (Dano) Weston (Lead Vocals,Precussion) At the age of 13 Dano knew he wanted to play the drums and be in a band, With parents who were Ranchers, his musical influences were Bob Wills, Hank Williams Sr. To R&B artists Wilson Pickett, Marvin Gaye, James Brown and of course Blues heavey-weights Muddy Waters JohnyLee Hooker and Stevie Ray Vaughn. Dano Has played in top forty pop and country bands since 1975. He is now concentrating and using his experiance with Sixteen 61.
